Start2Play - The first toys and games expo and fair in Romania

XTRA Expo brings to RomExpo Bucharest the first edition of the international Start2Play fair. This is an event dedicated to games, gadgets and toys of any kind. All visitors will have access to tens of booths spread over 1000 square meters in the C6 area of the expo hall. The event takes place on November 25th and 26th and it's open to visitors of all ages between 10 am and 7 pm.


At Start2play you will find tens of electronic toys, boardgames, plush toys, video games and apps, edutainment, new gadgets, books, movies and more. Other forms of entertainment will be available in the form of a Lego Playground, an Astro Area, an indoors RC car racing track, face painting and competitions.


Many of the local game developers will be there as well showcasing their games and giving everyone a chance to try them out. Romanian Game Developers Association (RGDA) will organize a local game jam that will give everyone the opportunity to test their imagination and create something new and fun. Start2Play takes place at the same time as Gaudeamus, the biggest book fair in Romania, which attracts a large number of students and young visitors.

If game development is not your thing, but you still like coding and problem solving, Divergent Academy will organize a hackaton competition for teams of programmers.
